Walking the labyrinth is an ancient form of meditation and prayer. As you walk the circulating pattern of the labyrinth, you pray in ways that can help release grief, aid in healing or decision-making, and help guide you to a new sense of purpose. It is a come-and-go event. The pace is up to you. It can take five to 15 minutes.
