Entertainment Opportunities

For community groups interested in visiting Children’s Hospital, we encourage a scheduled entertainment program (music, dance, puppetry, and magic), or one of the service project activities suggested in our Toy & Supply section.

Visitation Guidelines
We are delighted by your interest in visiting Children's Hospital. Your generosity and time helps make being in the hospital better for our patients. A puppet show, musical performance, craft activity, party, or visit from a celebrity or cartoon character means a lot to our patients. We have put together visitation guidelines to make sure your visit will be of the greatest benefit to the children. Click here to read our visitation guidelines.

Entertainment Visitor Request Form
After reading the guidelines, you may request to visit the hospital by completing the online Entertainment Visitor Request Form. Someone from our office will contact you regarding your request. We review requests every month. You will be contacted regarding your request within four weeks. Please note that a completed request form does not guarantee an approved volunteer event.

We also have many opportunities for service organizations to raise funds at Children’s Hospital. This is a good opportunity for large groups or groups of teenagers. If you or your group are interested, please call the Children’s Hospital Development Office at (615) 322-7450.

To share suggestions and ideas or ask a question about entertaining, please call Volunteer Services at (615) 322-2379.
