You’ll notice character shapes, flowers, and animals such as these on various areas of each floor’s map.

Use this key to find the following places:

	Waiting Room
	Restroom
	Telephone
	Water Fountain

If at any point you need further instruction or information, call patient services at 6-1000 from any house phone. If calling from outside of the hospital, dial (615) 936-1000. There are also information desks on the first and second floors of the hospital.
