Your Nephrology Clinic Visit

The nephrology clinics at Children's Hospital are located on the 10th floor of Doctors' Office Tower. We typically ask for a urine sample from your child. Having your child refrain from urinating just before your visit will make collecting a sample easier.

Call (615) 322-7416 for appointment information. Please call if you are running late for your appointment.

What to Bring
Arrive 15-30 minutes prior to your first appointment to fill out medical forms. Bring any x-rays, lab results, or medical records related to your visit. Some referring physicians will arrange to send health information to us as a courtesy. Please check with your doctor's office to confirm.

For all visits, bring your insurance information, current medications, and other information related to your visit. Have your child's social security number to sign up for My Health at Vanderbilt.

Our doctors will see patients outside of normal clinic hours in an emergency and a doctor is always on call for after-hour emergencies.
