Complex AeroDigestive Evaluation Team (CADET) Clinic

The CADET Clinic at Children's Hospital brings together teams of specialists to evaluate and care for chronically ill children with complex airway (voice box, windpipe), pulmonary (lung), upper digestive tract (esophagus, stomach), sleep, and feeding disorders. By coordinating evaluations from our clinics, laboratories and radiologists, as well as surgical procedures, we provide answers to difficult questions as quickly as possible.

Constipation Clinic

While constipation is rarely a sign of more serious health problems, its many causes can make it difficult to diagnose and treat. Our Constipation Clinic team will work with you and your child to find solutions to chronic constipation.

Functional Gastrointestinal Disorders Program

The Functional Gastrointestinal Disorders Program provides outpatient care to children with recurrent abdominal pain and functional gastrointestinal disorders such as irritable bowel syndrome, functional abdominal pain, functional dyspepsia, and functional encopresis.

Inflammatory Bowel Disease Program

Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis and other intestinal disorders are often diagnosed during childhood. Our experienced Inflammatory Bowel Disease Program team of gastroenterologists, nutritionists, psychologists, and social workers will work with your child to start them on a lifelong path to managing symptoms and not letting IBD get in the way.

Nutrition and Intestinal Rehabilitation Clinic

The Nutrition and Intestinal Rehabilitation Clinic is a team of doctors, nurses, and dietitians who are improving the health of many sick children with custom nutrition plans and nutrition support. Our team also supports families through nutrition education and opportunities to be part of research studies.
